Q:What is included in the price of the greeting rental?
Greetings include delivery, setup, and pickup. Upon submitting your information on the contact page, you will receive an itemized quote which outlines the cost and description of the services provided.
Q:What areas do you service?
We are based out of Atlanta, GA (30316). We serve most major cities in Georgia (delivery fees may apply). We provide FREE delivery to all delivery addresses within a 20 mile radius of 30316. If you are located outside of Georgia, we have a limited selection of items available for home shipment. See our ship-to-home tab for available products.
Q:Will you provide a mockup/sample before arriving?
Typically, we will NOT provide a mock-up before arriving. We decorate most greetings as we see fit upon arrival (your lawn size, position, & terrain affects placement & design); however, on request we can provide a mockup as long as we are given at least 5 days notice. Please note, we may have to make changes to sample design after getting to your yard.
Note: Our services page shows how we generally setup each greeting. The main difference between most greetings is the graphics and the color of the accent stars and balloons.
Q:Can I request custom photos, graphics, and letter colors?
Of course! Custom photos and graphics can be added to any quote by selecting the add-on. Once the deposit is made, we will reach out to collect your high quality photos/graphics (min. resolution: 1620 x 2160, good resolution: 3240 x 4320). Our letters come standard black; however, if you would like the letters to be a specific color scheme or theme, a selection will be available on your quote as an add-on feature. Colors provided on your intake form will be used for accent graphics, balloons, and/or stars.
Q:How does the booking process work ?
This is a contactless service. Once you submit your information, we will respond back with a quote, where you can make additional selections. Once the quote is accepted, you will be sent a contract and invoice. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your delivery date and time. Full payment is due 2 days before scheduled delivery. After final payment is made, you are all set, and we will deliver your greeting on your scheduled date. If you have any additional questions, don't hesitate to reach out.
