Return Policy
Refunds can be requested for products or services deemed unsatisfactory within 3 days of delivery. We reserve the right to approve or deny any refund requests for any reason. Refunds will be judged on a case by case basis. Our goal is to make sure that our customers are satisfied, so we will do everything in our power to rectify any negative experiences. Valid Return Reasons
- Defective products
- Incorrect color
- Incorrect size
- Incorrect order
Please note "not color I expected" or "smaller than expected" will not be a valid reason for a refund request as we provide all dimensions before purchase & hex colors can be requested to provide exact color matches.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We ship via UPS & we can provide you with a return label; howver, please note that the cost of the return shipping will be creditted from any refund/credit amount.
Notice
Upon request, we can provide you with a sample print (max. 3) for your graphics. This will show you the material and color of your final product. These prints will be no larger than 5" in a single direction. We hope that this will give you an accurate expectation for your final product.

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Unfortunately, Print, Signs & More does not ships to P.O. or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & order tracking:
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for shipping numbers to be active.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Print, Signs & More is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Print, Signs & More is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
